Andrew Pauza has worked in the engineering and materials sector since 1997. Andrew began their career at Plasmon as a Development Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Project Manager, where they managed external EU- and TSB-funded projects and developed materials for third-generation archive optical disc. In 2009, they moved to Plarion Limited as a Project Manager, where they helped to establish the company and worked on advanced probe based data storage and DNA-based medical device product R&D using a combination of microfluidics and optical discs. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Conductive Inkjet Technology. In 2012, they became a Development and Manufacturing Consultant at Materiance Consulting. In 2020, they were appointed as VP of Engineering & Materials at Bodle Technologies. In 2022, they took on the role of Head of scale up and production at Echion Technologies, as well as Materials and Manufacturing Consultant.
Andrew Pauza completed a PhD in Physics and Engineering from the University of Cambridge, followed by a BSc (Hons) in Physics from the University of Sydney.
