Irene's background also encompasses experience as a Project Manager and Account Manager, focusing on process automation and artist recruitment. Graduating with a Master's degree in Methods and Topics in Art Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Irene also participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, showcasing a strong educational foundation in arts management.
