Aerial M. Ellis

Aerial M. Ellis, Ed.D., currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Echo Research and is the Managing Principal at Advisory 83, where responsibilities include advising leaders on curriculum development, strategic planning, and training in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for various organizations, including AIG and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Aerial is also a Partner at EdXecutives and Founder of My Village Votes, and holds the position of Wells Fargo Endowed Chair/Distinguished Professor of Public Relations at North Carolina Central University. Previous roles include serving as President of the Board of Trustees for The PRSA Foundation and Assistant Professor at Lipscomb University. Aerial's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Mass Communication from Middle Tennessee State University. Professional experience includes a partnership at duGard Ellis Public Relations and recognition as a Johnson & Johnson Fellow at The Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations.
