Timothy Neville

Timothy Neville is the current President & CEO at Echoing Hills. Timothy has over 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Echoing Hills Village, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic implementation of residential and adult day/vocational services for 375 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Neville has a proven track record of success in collaborating with an organization’s Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and Operational Leadership Team to establish and implement the Strategic Plan of the Ministry. Timothy is also skilled in conveying the Values, Purpose and Mission of the Ministry for each individual served by assuring the overall quality of care by staff of each regional location.

Under Neville’s leadership, the Ministry has seen a significant increase in operational efficiency and compliance with state and federal regulations. Timothy has also been instrumental in developing, approving and implementing operational policies and procedures for consistency, continuity and compliance across the Ministry.
