Brad Stinson currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at EchoMAV, LLC., focusing on uncrewed aerial vehicles and related solutions for military, government, and professional sectors since March 2023. Prior to this role, Stinson was the Chief Technology Officer at Horizon31, LLC. from January 2020 to March 2023, where expertise was applied in unmanned systems technology, including beyond line of sight communication systems and ground control station software. Stinson's earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from April 2005 to March 2023, developing and testing technologies for national and international security, as well as serving as a Senior R&D Staff Electrical Engineer at Y-12 National Security Complex from April 2000 to April 2005, where sensor and control systems were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Tennessee Technological University.
