Sergio Aguirre

Sergio Aguirre is the founder and CEO of Echo Pixel. Prior to Echo Pixel, they were the CEO of Innouva Technologies de Mexico SA de CV from June 2000 to November 2005. Sergio was responsible for forging a partnership with a group of Stanford MBA graduates and incorporating them as partners of the business as with Monterrey Tech and the government of Nuevo Leon.

During their time as CEO of Innouva Technologies de Mexico SA de CV, they initiated sales in the U.S. and established a market beach head through IC2 technology commercialization program and INVITE program from the state government of Nuevo Leon. In addition, they developed a stereoscopic 3D camera system for stereoscopic 3D video capture for professional video production and also developed script code for CAD software (3DMax, Maya and others) stereoscopic rendering. Lastly, they developed an Active stereoscopic 3D DLP projector display system.

Sergio Aguirre completed a Master of Science in Electronics with a focus in Image Processing and Stereoscopic Imaging from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Sergio also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, where they studied electronics and communications.
