Michael Leary has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Michael began their career as the Owner/Consultant at Computer Consultants from 2001 to 2008. Michael then worked as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at the 10th Judicial Circuit of Florida from 2006 to 2008, where they were responsible for managing network administration, reconfiguring Active Directory, and implementing server consolidation.

Afterward, Leary joined Analog Devices as an Exchange Administrator from 2008 to 2010, where they designed and implemented a new Exchange 2007 environment with high availability and redundancy. Michael also established a disaster recovery site to recover any site within 24 hours.

From 2010 to 2011, Leary worked as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at Mimecast, providing technical account relationship management, supporting team members, and ensuring SLA expectations were met.

Michael then moved on to Cobham Defense Electronic Systems as a Senior Exchange Engineer for a brief period in 2011.

Leary joined Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan in 2012 as a Systems Engineer III, where they served until 2014. Their responsibilities included building and maintaining servers, configuring email communications, and implementing VMware.

From 2014 to 2019, Leary worked at Aquila Technology as a Consultant (Windows & VMWare Systems Administrator). During this time, they provided expertise in Windows and VMWare administration.

Leary then joined Raytheon in 2019 as a Senior Computer System Technologist II, where they worked until 2021. In this role, they utilized their skills in computer systems technology.

In 2021, Leary transitioned to MITRE as the Lead Virtualization Engineer, where they led virtualization projects until 2022.

Currently, Leary is employed as a Cloud Engineer at EchoStor Technologies, starting in 2022.

Michael Leary obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2013. In 2001 to 2002, they earned a Certificate in Network Design and Implementation from Mass Info Tech. Additionally, from 1997 to 1999, Leary pursued an Associates degree in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing at CPI (Computer Processing Institute).
