Stephen Stover

Stephen Stover serves as the Vice President of Development at ECI Groups since July 2018, overseeing multifamily development projects throughout the Southeastern US, including significant projects in Atlanta, Nashville, Greenville, Fort Myers, Tampa, and West Palm Beach. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at FCP from July 2011 to July 2018, culminating in Vice President of Development Acquisitions & Management, where responsibilities included sourcing, evaluating, and closing investments for a private equity fund. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles at Capital Automotive Real Estate Services, Inc., focusing on Transit Oriented Development and Form Based Code redevelopment. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Finance and Economics from James Madison University, graduated in 2009.
