Timathie Zavala

Timathie Zavala is an experienced professional in asset management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at ECI Groups since June 2020, Timathie previously held leadership roles at BM Eagle and Harbor Group Management Company as Managing Director of Asset Management. Earlier experience includes positions as Director of Investments at Greystar Investment Group and AVP Asset Management at TriMont Real Estate Advisors. Timathie's career began in site selection and underwriting roles, following a foundational education that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and further studies at the University of North Texas and The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
