Frederic Tillman has over 30 years of experience in technology and software development. Frederic held various leadership roles, including VP Software Development & Electronic Publishing at ARI Network Services, Director Engineering / Product Management at ADAC Healthcare, and Software Development Management at L-3 Communications. Frederic served as CTO, CIO, and Interim CEO at BidSync, providing vision and leadership for a SaaS eProcurement marketplace. Frederic also held the position of CTO at Periscope Holdings, leading product management and software engineering for a Java / JEE SaaS eProcurement marketplace. Frederic's most recent role was as VP Product Development at ECi Software Solutions.

Frederic Tillman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University. Frederic also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Christian University.
