Sam Miller

As Chief Revenue Officer, Sam is our driving force. He is responsible for enabling ECI’s mission of helping SMBs grow and thrive. Sam facilitates profitably growing the company by influencing new business sales, the installed customer base sales, and marketing.

Sam joined ECI as CRO in November 2017. Before coming to ECI, Sam was part of Dell Technologies’ Senior Leadership Team, serving as Senior Vice President of Inside Sales, and GM for Dell’s Mid Market business. Previous to serving SMBs for 18 years with Dell, Sam worked in his family’s small businesses, an experience that sparked his passion for growing companies and the entrepreneurial spirit.

Sam holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica, and loves nothing more than spending time with his two children, Zach and Hannah.
