Thanuja Wijesinghe

Thanuja Wijesinghe has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, starting from their role as a Junior Software Engineer at Four Corners Lanka in 2000 to more recent roles such as Team Lead at ECI Software Solutions in 2022. They have held positions such as Project Manager at companies like Hutchison Whampoa and Dialog Axiata PLC, showcasing their expertise in managing IT projects. Their experience also includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist and Product Support Specialist, highlighting their technical skills and customer service abilities.

Thanuja Wijesinghe completed their BSC (Honours) Degree in Information Systems at The Manchester Metropolitan University UK from 1998 to 2002. Thanuja then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology at the University of Moratuwa from 2004 to 2006. In 2003-2004, they obtained a part qualification in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, they completed an Advanced Java Course at the Mercantile Institute of Information Technology in 2001. Prior to this, they attained an International Diploma in Computer Studies from NCC Education & Training UK in 1997-1998. Thanuja completed their schooling at Girls High School Kandy from 1989 to 1996. In 2008, they became PMP certified through the Project Management Institute.
