Shashank Joshi

Shashank Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product development and management. Since July 2007, Shashank has held various leadership roles at eClerx, currently serving as Global Delivery Lead and previously as Associate Principal - Digital and Associate Principal - Product COE, focusing on building digital products that enhance client operations. Prior to eClerx, Shashank worked at Sutherland Global Services from February 2004 to July 2007, where roles included Program Manager, Associate Program Manager, Sr. Process Manager, and Process Manager. Earlier in the career, Shashank gained experience as a Team Lead at Stream Global Services and as a Technical Support Representative at the same company.
