Nicole Pollard

Nicole Pollard, MHS has a comprehensive work history in the pharmaceutical industry. Nicole started as an Associate Clinical Data Coordinator in 1994 at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Over the years, they have held various roles within the company, including Senior Expert Portfolio Oversight Strategist and Process Integration Manager (Clinical Studies). Nicole then moved to Medidata Solutions in 2019 as a Managing Principal Engagement Consultant before transitioning to eClinical Solutions in 2023 as the Senior Director Data Management. Nicole'sexpertise includes data management, project portfolio oversight, and strategic methodologies to drive innovation and transformational value for customers.

Nicole Pollard obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychobiology from Wellesley College in 1990. Nicole then pursued a Master of Science in Post-Grad from Southern Connecticut State University in 2007. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Health Sciences in Biomedical Sciences at Quinnipiac University, expected to complete in 2023. Nicole has also obtained various certifications in executive management and leadership throughout their career.
