Mike Peterson

Mike Peterson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Eclipse Advantage since January 2024, Mike focuses on fostering partnerships for continuous improvement and successful outcomes. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles at Universal Chain, Inc., including Senior Vice President and SVP Operations. At EARTH2O, Mike served as VP Operations, and at Safeway Inc., Mike was the Group Distribution Director overseeing multiple distribution centers. Mike also worked as Director of Dairy Operations at Safeway from 2007 to 2009. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Washington State University, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
