Richard Conklin

Richard Conklin is a seasoned program manager and senior configuration manager at The Columbia Group since August 2021, following over a decade as a program analyst at the Naval Sea Systems Command from December 2008 to August 2021. Richard is a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and brings extensive military experience as a retired Chief Warrant Officer Three with the United States Army Reserve, where responsibilities included serving as a Marine Engineering Officer on the USAV MG ROBERT SMALLS. Previously, Richard served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist's Mate First Class, primarily operating within the Navy Nuclear Power Program. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from National Louis University, earned between 1995 and 1996.
