Caroline van Scheltinga

Caroline van Scheltinga currently serves as the Director and Chief Financial Officer at Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. since November 2020 and has been a Managing Director at Blocadi Capital LLC since January 2011, specializing in financial advisory. Previously, Caroline held the position of CEO and Chairman at Waterloo Investment Holdings LTD from September 2011 to August 2020, managing a BSX-listed portfolio with approximately $600 million in investments in the Caribbean and Central America. Additional experience includes roles as a Non-Executive Board Member at Speedcast (April 2018 - September 2019), Managing Director and Head of Telecom Investment Banking at Jefferies & Company (October 2007 - December 2010), and Managing Director at Lehman Brothers (June 1995 - December 2006), where Caroline co-led the Emerging Telecom Sector and co-founded the Restructuring Group. Earlier, Caroline worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse from 1988 to 1995. Academic qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Laws from Leiden University.
