Prior to their current role, Crystal held positions such as Regulatory Compliance Specialist at German American and Internal Auditor at Farmers Bank of Milton. Crystal's career began at Lobdell Emery Automotive Plant as a Switchboard Operator/Office Staff, showcasing their versatility in different roles. With an educational background from Carolina and Carolina Christian Academy, Crystal Barnes has built a solid foundation for their successful career in the compliance industry.
