Chavez Payne, MBA, ITIL

Chavez Payne, MBA, ITIL, has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. In 1998, Payne began their career in the United States Air Force as an IT Support Administrator/EMT. In 2008, they moved to BTL Technologies as an IT Program Manager for a DoD Contractor. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Regional IT Manager for the USO. Chavez then joined the Louisiana Public Health Institute as the Associate Director of Infrastructure & Security from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Payne moved to Onepath as a Managing Engineer and then became the Director of Service Delivery for Eclipse Networks, Inc. in 2020.

Chavez Payne holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (2005-2008) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (2013-2015).
