Kaitlyn Glancy

Having spent the majority of her career focused on supply chain and logistics, Kaitlyn has firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing manufacturers, operators, and transportation asset owners. She is excited about the opportunity to invest in companies that will automate and revolutionize the way we manufacture and transport goods around the world. Of note, Kaitlyn spent her career leading sales and account management teams, and looks to partner with companies on their go-to-market strategies, sales KPIs, customer acquisition programs, and key commercial decisions.

Most recently, Kaitlyn was VP of North America at Flexport, where she oversaw Flexport’s sales, account management, and operations teams in the region to help clients import and export products in a complex global trade environment. Joining the company in their seed round, Kaitlyn was integral in scaling Flexport to a multi-national, multi-billion dollar company during her tenure.

Before her time at Flexport, Kaitlyn provided supply chain consulting services for technology companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kaitlyn holds a B.S. in Business Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia University. Originally from California, Kaitlyn now lives in New York City and enjoys spending her weekends at Broadway shows, golfing, and traveling.
