Mitch Taylor

Mitch Taylor is a seasoned professional in software installation and client services, currently serving as the Senior Software Installation Manager at ECLIPTICS, INC. since September 2021. Previously, Mitch held the position of Director of Professional Services for the State and Local Government Group at Ontario Systems from June 2016 to July 2020, where standards, processes, and practices for service excellence were developed, along with conflict resolution with dissatisfied customers. Mitch's extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Client Care and VP of Client Services for the RevQ Business Unit at Columbia Ultimate from October 1996 to June 2016, focusing on providing government clients with top-notch training, support, and tailored programming solutions. Mitch holds a degree from Brigham Young University, earned between 1982 and 1987.
