Ces De Belen is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration across multiple regions, including the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Australia. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at eCloudvalley Digital Technology since October 2019, Ces has effectively driven recruitment strategies and supervised HR Generalists. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Specialist and HR and Admin Officer, with a solid foundation in HR processes established through positions as HR Consultant at Wyeth Nutrition, Recruitment Coordinator at Philippine Geothermal Production Company, Inc., and HR Assistant at OB Montessori Center, Inc. Ces holds a degree in AB Psychology from Miriam College.
