Lucas Eilers

Lucas Eilers is an Energy Engineer at ECM Holding Group, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lucas served as a Student Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from September 2020 to May 2023, overseeing student employees and managing daily operations. Lucas gained experience as a GROWTTH Intern at Freudenberg Group from June 2022 to January 2023, focusing on reducing the plant's carbon footprint through green energy initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Additional experience includes working at Castle Rock Golf Course as a Bartender, Cook, and Pro Shop Staff in the summer of 2021, and as an Engineering Intern at Mitotec Precision from November 2018 to August 2020. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in May 2023.
