Joseph Watt

Joseph Watt is an experienced financial professional specializing in impact investing and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director of Impact Investing at ECMC Group since May 2019, Joseph co-leads the establishment and management of the Education Impact Fund, which exceeds $250 million and targets underserved learners in postsecondary education. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Corporate Development & Impact Investments at AT&T, where contributions were made to M&A strategy and execution, along with consulting engagements during a fellowship at Duke University's CASE Impact Investing Initiative. Joseph's extensive background also includes positions at WJ Partners, Meritas International Family of Schools, and HSBC, complemented by an MBA from Duke University and a BSc in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
