Justyn Hansen

Justyn Hansen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment accounting and fund management. Currently serving as the Senior Accountant - Investments at ECMC Group since July 2020, Justyn leads all investment-related accounting functions including reporting, reconciliation, valuations, and audit support for diverse asset classes such as marketable securities, hedge funds, private equity, crypto, real estate, direct investments, and derivatives. Prior roles include managing hedge fund and private equity accounting at SS&C Technologies and performing alternative investments operations at The Citco Group of Companies. Justyn’s career also encompasses ownership at Iron Concepts Fitness, account management at MG Stover & Co., and various accounting positions at ALPS, where responsibilities ranged from cash and position reconciliations to financial statement preparation. Justyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Colorado State University and is furthering education in Artificial Intelligence at the University of California, Berkeley.
