Abhisheka Kumar

Abhisheka Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Currently, they hold the position of Head - Product Delivery, Quality & Compliance at Eco-Mail since December 2021. Prior to this, Abhisheka served as the Head - Software Delivery at SoftAge Information Technology Limited from February 2019 to November 2021, where they managed the delivery of over 20 products/projects across 3 programs and were responsible for the organization's IT roadmap. Abhisheka also served as an IS Manager at SoftAge from April 2017 to March 2020, overseeing ISO 27001:2013 implementation and compliance for the organization. Additionally, they held roles as Lead (Quality Control & Assurance) and Test Lead, leading quality control teams and managing end-to-end testing of various projects. Earlier in their career, Abhisheka worked as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at Snap-on Business Solutions, ensuring the quality of content management tools and electronic parts catalog for clients. They also served as a Software Engineer Trainee at Snap-on and as a Trainee at Indo Celtic Consultancy.

Abhisheka Kumar completed their elementary education at Pre Daffodils Academy. Abhisheka then attended Watson High School, Madhubani from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained their Matriculation degree. Abhisheka pursued Intermediate of Science with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) at Ram Krishna College from 2001 to 2003. Abhisheka then joined Guru Jambheshwar University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Lastly, they attended the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Cyber Laws.
