Namita Bhardwaj

Namita Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Namita is currently the Head HR & Administration at Eco-Mail since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at SAT n paper from May 2021 to January 2022. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Dresma from October 2018 to April 2021. Namita has also worked in various industries in different Human Resources positions from June 2006 to September 2012.

Namita Bhardwaj holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Maharshi Dayanand University, which they completed between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, graduating in 2002. In 2008, Namita pursued additional education in Workforce Development and Training at The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), where they completed their studies in 2011.

Namita Bhardwaj has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skill set. In 2012, they received a Diploma in T&D from ISTD - International Society for Trainers & Developers. In 2021, they obtained a certification in HR Analytics from HRGURUKUL. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the ISO 27001:2022 Lead Implementer - Information Security Certification from Udemy.
