Natalie Davidzon has extensive experience in talent acquisition and tech recruiting. Natalie currently works at Gray Scalable as a Senior Manager, Tech Recruiting, where they manage a team and leads client engagements. Natalie also consults with business leaders to develop equitable and efficient recruiting practices. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Haven Life and LiveIntent, Inc., where they oversaw recruitment efforts and collaborated with hiring managers to build strong teams. Natalie also has experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Offerpop and eBay Marketplaces. Natalie began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at CyberCoders and later worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Nigel Frank International. Natalie has a background in account management and team leadership from their time at BBB Conglomerate.

Natalie Davidzon pursued their education at Trinity College-Hartford from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Music and Italian. Natalie then attended the Brooklyn College Conservatory from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's of Music degree in Vocal Performance.
