Kyle Felix

Kyle Felix has a diverse range of work experience in finance and corporate restructuring. Kyle is currently working as the Finance Director at Ecobat. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director of Finance at Invited, where they were responsible for forecasting, planning, and performance management for golf and country clubs. Prior to that, Kyle worked at FTI Consulting as a Managing Director and Senior Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring department, providing services such as financial modeling and bankruptcy preparation to various clients. Kyle also worked at HollyFrontier Corporation as a Financial & Market Analyst and Internal Auditor, gaining experience in financial planning and refining processes. Before that, Kyle worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where they excelled in business development and client acquisition.

Kyle Felix has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Kyle also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication from Trinity University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law License and the Series 7 General Securities Representative License from FINRA. Kyle also has certifications in Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Certified Internal Auditor.
