Noelle Wong

Noelle Wong has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. In 2017, they worked as a Design Engineer at Amphenol Canada Corp., where they designed test fixtures and created a production tool to improve production efficiency. Noelle later joined Synaptive Medical as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op in 2018, where they carried out sustaining activities for neurosurgical imaging robot and gained experience in manufacturing cable harnesses.

In 2019, Noelle worked as an Interior Mechanical Designer at the Midnight Sun Solar Car Team for a brief period. Noelle also had a role as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at ecobee in the same year. At ecobee, they designed and prototyped various test fixtures, including a product validation vision system and a current leakage tester. Noelle also gained skills in circuit design, controls, and Python scripting.

Noelle's engineering experience continued at Apple in 2020 as a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Intern. Recently, they joined ecobee as a Mechanical Engineer.

Noelle Wong completed their education from 2016 to 2021 at the University of Waterloo, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
