Snneha Arora has a diverse work experience. Snneha began their career in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative at iEnergizer. In October 2017, they moved on to become an Operations Manager at Second Cup Coffee Company Inc., where they worked until July 2019. During this time, they also worked as an Affiliate Marketing Influencer at SchoolApply from April 2019 to August 2019. In 2016, Snneha became a Content Creator at YouTube and continued in this role until May 2023. Finally, they joined ecobee in October 2020 as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and is currently working as a Technical Support Lead.

Snneha Arora completed their education in a chronological manner. Snneha began their academic journey in 2013, attending the Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from 2013 to 2016.

In the pursuit of expanding their knowledge and skills in the field of Information Technology, Snneha Arora then attended George Brown College. From 2017 to 2018, they pursued a degree in Wireless Networking, followed by another degree in Network and Systems Security Analysis from 2018 to 2019.
