Jing Ma

Jing Ma currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EcoCeres, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jing held the position of Head of International Human Resources at Xiaomi Technology, where leadership extended over a global team of 70+ members. Previous experience includes significant roles at Apple, where responsibilities included BHR Lead for Greater China R&D & APAC AI/ML and various HR Business Partner positions. Earlier career highlights feature an HR Business Partner role at Lenovo, recognized with the Outstanding New Employee Award in 2009 and named Culture Role Model in 2010, as well as a Senior HR Generalist role at United Technologies. Jing's foundational HR experience began with roles at SPMS and the China (Hong Kong) Legal Service Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and certification as a Professional Coach from New Ventures West.
