Sukie Lau

Sukie Lau currently serves as the VP HR Generalist at EcoCeres, Inc., having joined the company in November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Vitasoy International, where Sukie held the positions of Group Head of Compensation and Benefits and Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Services from March 2021 to November 2023. At Marriott International, Sukie functioned as Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits for the Asia Pacific region from July 2017 to September 2020, and was the Head of HR Services for Asia Pacific at Esprit from June 2012 to July 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical and Compensation & Benefits Manager at Bausch & Lomb, where the focus was on leading C&B strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Sukie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, earned between 2007 and 2009.
