Emir Alic

Emir Alic is an experienced professional in production management, currently serving as Montagechef at ECOKRAFT Sverige since December 2022. Previously, Emir held the position of Production Supervisor at Volvo Cars from November 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 50 individuals and focusing on key areas such as product quality, production costs, lead times, workplace safety, environmental sustainability, and team development, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Earlier experience also includes a role as Team Leader at Volvo Cars, managing a smaller team and addressing similar operational objectives. Emir holds a degree in Energianalytiker-Bygg from Kungsbacka Yrkeshögskola, completed in 2014, following education at Katrinelundsgymnasiet from 2004 to 2007.
