Blake Schomas

Blake Schomas is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer transformation, sales management, and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Customer Transformation at Ecolab since February 2024, Blake previously held roles including Area Vice President of Sales at Nalco Water and a technical leadership position focusing on manufacturing best practices that resulted in significant water savings. Blake's extensive tenure at Ecolab included key positions in marketing and global assessments for the food and beverage division, enhancing productivity and sustainability measures. In addition to corporate roles, Blake contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Sustainable Business Management at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and co-founded a non-profit organization supporting children recovering from medical treatments. Blake holds multiple advanced degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and Wilkes University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame. Military service includes leadership roles in the United States Army Reserve and the United States Navy.
