Deric Bryant

Deric Bryant is executive vice president and president of Upstream Energy for Ecolab Inc. In this role, he leads the Nalco Champion upstream business, which supports national oil companies, independents, majors and supermajors on exploration and projection projects throughout the world.

Bryant has been with the company since 1995 and has held roles in sales, marketing and general management. Most recently, he was executive vice president of the upstream business and previously served as vice president of upstream’s CAPEX and Latin American division. Prior to joining Nalco Champion, Bryant worked in Nalco Water’s Heavy and Light Industry segments.

Bryant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
