Issam Matragi is currently a PhD Candidate and Researcher at Ecole Centrale de Nantes, where an in-depth study on hybrid electricity production in isolated microgrids is being conducted as part of an ongoing thesis. Two simulation tools for analyzing and optimizing microgrid performance have been developed during this research. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at Ecole Centrale de Nantes and on-the-job training at Joramco. Issam holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy and Propulsion from Centrale Nantes and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aeronautical from the University of Balamand.
