Aline Raphael

Aline RAPHAEL is an experienced management controller with a strong background in budgeting, payroll management, and workforce analytics. Currently serving as a Contrôleur de Gestion at L'École Normale Supérieure de Lyon since April 2019, Aline has previously held significant roles including Responsable du pôle pilotage des effectifs et de la masse salariale at Cerema, overseeing a payroll of 200 million euros for approximately 3,000 employees. Aline's expertise extends to social management control, having worked at the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle and the Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication, with a record of conducting social balances and analyzing staffing trends.
