Karin Kim Lim

Karin KIM LIM currently serves as the Head of International Cooperation & Partnerships at Ecole normale supérieure de Lyon since September 2018, where responsibilities include strategic development of institutional cooperation, advising the presidency, and managing international partnerships and projects. Prior to this role, Karin worked at Algoé from April 2005 to August 2017 as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, focusing on European R&D&I projects, strategic positioning, and project management within both national and European frameworks. Earlier experiences include roles as a Front Desk Receptionist and Lab Teacher at Wall Street English, Junior Product Manager at Music & Friends Event Network, and Junior Office Manager at PIE Programmes Internationaux d'Echanges. Karin holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Université du Maine, a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from UFR ESTHUA Tourisme et Culture, and completed a Mooc on philanthropy at ESSEC Business School.
