Ingmar von Homeyer

Ingmar von Homeyer, Ph.D., is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for European Studies at VUB since September 2018 and has been a Senior Associate at the Ecologic Institute in Berlin, Germany, since March 2014. Previously, Ingmar held the position of Senior Policy Advisor at Milieu Ltd from September 2012 to November 2013, and served as Senior Fellow and Head of Brussels Representation at Ecologic from November 1998 to September 2012. Ingmar's early career includes two fellowships at the European Parliament and a role as an Information Officer and Educational Tour Guide at Informationszentrum Berlin from September 1985 to December 1993. Academically, Ingmar holds a Diplom in Politikwissenschaft from Freie Universität Berlin, a degree in European Studies from the University of Hamburg, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the European University Institute.
