Joseph Titlebaum

Joseph Titlebaum is an accomplished legal and business leader with extensive experience in technology, telecommunications, and venture capital. As the founder of BlackLab Venture Studio, Joseph fosters innovation at the intersection of technology and regulation. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board at Ecolumix, Joseph holds the position of General Counsel at Rivada Networks, overseeing legal and regulatory matters for a global 5G telecommunications company. Joseph is also a Lead Mentor at the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, offering guidance to startups, and has been a board member of the National Pancreas Foundation since 2009, contributing to medical education and research. Previously, Joseph held roles such as EVP and General Counsel at ION Media Networks and General Counsel at XM Satellite Radio, where significant legal matters were managed throughout corporate lifecycles.
