Andrei Novikau possesses extensive experience in technology and project management within the payment processing and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at eComCharge UAB-Gate to payments since September 2022, Andrei has previously held significant positions including Deputy Director at ИКомЧардж ООО, Project Manager at ID Finance, and Senior Project Manager at ActivePlatform. Prior roles include Head of Development at eComCharge Ltd. and Ruby Programmer at Failsafe Payments East Europe. Andrei began a career as a Perl Programmer at Smart Systems LLC in Belarus. Educationally, Andrei holds a Master's Degree in Physical Sciences from Belarusian State University and has completed high school education focused on Physics and sciences.
