Navdeep Kapur has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, holding key leadership roles in various organizations. Navdeep served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, where they were responsible for strategic planning and the digital transformation of the organization. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director at Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B.V., overseeing both the Marketing function and the Airtel Money unit for Zambia. Navdeep also served as the Head of Marketing at Globacom, where they crafted marketing strategy and business planning for Nigeria, Benin, and Ghana. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as General Manager - Marketing at Datcom Solutions Pvt. Ltd., General Manager at Spice Telecom, and Team Member-Marketing at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited - Glass Business. Overall, Navdeep Kapur's experience spans across strategic planning, marketing, business planning, and product development.
Navdeep Kapur completed a Global Leaders Program at INSEAD in 2012. In 2002, they obtained an Advance Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Prior to that, Navdeep Kapur earned a PGDM in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) between 1995 and 1997. Their undergraduate education was completed at Panjab University, where they obtained a B.E in Chemical Engineering from 1990 to 1994.
