Anthony Dibiase

Anthony DiBiase is a seasoned housing policy analyst with extensive experience in public housing and property management. Currently serving as a Senior Housing Policy Analyst at Econometrica, Inc. since March 2020, Anthony also operates as Principal Owner of Winona Blvd. Associates LLC, providing comprehensive technical assistance to public housing agencies. Previously, as Executive Director of the Rochester Housing Authority from July 2000 to July 2010, Anthony oversaw grant-funded housing and voucher programs, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations. Additionally, as President of NSH&D Corp. from April 2006 to April 2010, Anthony established a not-for-profit housing development corporation focused on creating affordable housing in New York State. Earlier in Anthony's career, a role as Account Executive/Commercial/Industrial Property Manager at LeChase Construction involved managing property operations for a high-tech semiconductor company. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY Brockport.
