Becky Frankiewicz

Becky Frankiewicz serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and President for North America at ManpowerGroup since July 2017, overseeing global commercial functions and operational responsibilities in North America. Previously, Becky held various senior roles at PepsiCo from 2006 to 2017, including General Manager of Quaker Foods North America, managing a substantial portfolio with P&L responsibilities, and leading the Costco business globally. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside executive education programs at Stanford, Harvard, and IMD.
