Masahiro Ikeda

Masahiro Ikeda is the President and former EVP Operations Director of ManpowerGroup Japan, overseeing a network of 95 branches across 40 prefectures, providing staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing services to approximately 5,000 clients. With experience as Operations Director of East Japan and a Business Trainee at ManpowerGroup USA, Masahiro Ikeda also held the position of Area Sales Manager at Suntory Co., Ltd. from April 1989 to July 1994, after starting as a Sales Representative. Masahiro Ikeda holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University, completed in 1989, following education at Nishi High School from 1981 to 1984.
