Michael Stech

Michael Stech is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in IT services management, having held leadership roles at ManpowerGroup since June 2019 as the Head of IT Services. Prior to this, Michael served as IT Director at Manpower for a brief period in early 2019 and worked as Service Manager for IT Infrastructure, overseeing supplier management and governance. Michael’s career includes significant positions at Proservia Germany, where responsibilities included transition management and workplace services across a large team and numerous clients. Earlier roles at Hewlett-Packard and Alcatel-Lucent involved extensive service delivery management and operational leadership within various global frameworks. Michael's educational background includes a degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, obtained between 1981 and 1984.
