Julie Cooper's education history includes receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Chicago, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Masters of Public Policy with honors and obtained a Certificate in Municipal Finance from the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
