Sushma Pramod

Sushma Pramod is an experienced urban planner and architect with a strong background in affordable housing development and project management. Currently serving as an Associate at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. since July 2023, Sushma previously held roles as a Senior Planner and Borough Planner at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development from October 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing city-sponsored projects, preparing land-use documentation, and facilitating community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Architecture from Dayananda Sagar Institutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant, Land Use Intern, and Architect, contributing to various planning and design projects throughout Sushma's career.
