Billy O'Brien CMIOSH is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and safety management and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at EcoOnline Global since January 2021, Billy O'Brien continues to support Engage EHS and EcoOnline customers following the acquisition of Engage EHS, where Billy O'Brien has held the position of Director since October 2007. Previous roles include Firefighter & Paramedic with Dublin Fire Brigade from February 1995 to October 2014, Health & Safety Consultant at B-Safe Solutions from February 1995 to April 2007, and Production Manager at Wilker Auto Conversions from September 1990 to January 1995. Billy O'Brien holds a BSc in International Selling from Technological University Dublin and a BSc in Environmental Health & Safety Management from Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus.
